You enter through a large hall, plenty of space for coats, shoes, and fishing rods! You then walk through to a large L-shaped open plan living area. Comfy leather sofas, flat screen TV with DVD & VCR with a good selection of books, DVDs and videos.
Next to the living area is a large dining table, enough room to fit 12 people. Off from that, is a spacious, fully equipped kitchen, (owner is a professional chef). We hope that the kitchen provides all your home essentials, which means we have remembered to include corkscrews, garlic crushers, colander, and cutting knives!
We designed the ground floor like this to provide a sociable area, which gave ample space for a family with boisterous children, and a relaxing environment for groups that come to enjoy the outdoor pursuits.
1st floor - Three bedrooms, which include 2 double bedrooms, and 1 twin, with a separate toilet and a family bathroom with wide shower, bath and two sinks.
All of our rooms are beautifully furnished to the highest standard, with neutral colours and tasteful bed linen (we have even ensured there are enough clothes hangers in the wardrobes).
2nd floor - A 36 m2 loft space, with original beams, includes a double bed, and a living area with a double sofa bed. There is also a smart shower room with toilet and basin. To make this property children-friendly, we have supplied high chair, bibs, plastic cutlery, bowls, cups and plates, stair gate, baby bath chair, bath slip mat, baby changing mat and two cots.
The joy of being in a village means you can buy fresh croissant and bread for breakfast, plus there is a local restaurant and a bar when you don't want to cook. Plus we have a local English chef who can store your fridge or freezer with anything from local delights to a Chinese or Indian take-away! Brive is only 35 mins away and has all shops and entertainment you could possibly want i.e. restaurants, bars, clubs, cinema, golf, lake with water sports and you're only 55 mins from Limoges airport and the city.
