Sunnycroft is a South facing bungalow gite with two separate bedrooms ideal for a family of four or for those who have difficulty with stairs.

The gite opens onto the open plan lounge equipped with a sofa and armchair, French television, English satellite television, a DVD/CD player along with a few DVDs, a radio and a selection of books with the kitchen/diner area alongside. This is equipped with fridge/freezer, a microwave, a gas oven with four gas rings, gas kettle, electric coffee machine, hand whisk, cutlery, crockery and pans etc.

The back bedroom is furnished with two single bunk beds and the master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom with bath/shower, toilet and basin.

Sunnycroft is fully centrally heated with thermostat controls for Winter lets and fans provided for Summer lets.

There is also the use of two separate barbecue areas, floodlit swimming pool with solar shower, laundry room, games room, bicycle hire and mountainboard hire and wireless ADSL internet access.

Owners are both qualified Initiateurs, licenced with the FFCT and are always more than happy to accompany or guide you on your outing whatever your cycling experience may be. This department is one of the least populated in France and with immediate access from the house, we can show you literally 100's of kilometres of tracks and trails tucked away in the beautiful countryside, to suit all abilities.

Facilties also available for campers and caravans.
